In 1981, our Charter and Mission (Quality Policy) were goals. Today and into the future, they are our operational standards and have become simply reflections of our habits and methodology for over 20 years - giving us a clear defined purpose to approach with unwavering dedication and relentless commitment.

As the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) unanimously adopted their strategic principles on October 1, 1987 and subsequently published and developed five international standards collaborating closely with the International Electro-technical Commission (IEC), we saw that like our Charter and Mission (Quality Policy), they were also a reflection of our EXISTING and ESTABLISHED   Total Quality Process mentality and standardization methodology and, therefore, have maintained our Total Quality Services REGISTERED TO THE ISO 9001:2000 STANDARDS.
